Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior notice will receive a full refund, Less 2.2% card surcharge if applicable
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund, unless the property is re-let for the entire period of the original booking.

We strongly recommend Travel Insurance to cover unexpected circumstances

Cancellations within 48hrs, or No Shows, No Refund. There will be no refund for any additional nights accommodation of the confirmed booking if Guests decide to depart early for any reason

Access to the Guesthouse and property is strictly for the number of Guests listed and paid for
 

All Guests are required to sign an Indemnity Waiver Release accepting all risk and responsibility whilst on Bustard Downs property and accept our Terms and Conditions
