ACCOMMODATION RATES & OPTIONS 

The Guesthouse Sleeps maximum 8 Guests in 4 separate bedrooms with 2 Bathrooms.

Each Air-Conditioned bedroom has a separate entrance via a large veranda with garden and mountain views.

Privately screened by native gardens, access to 20m Swimming Pool and the Mary Creek

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior notice will receive a full refund, Less 2.2% card surcharge if applicable
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund, unless the property is re-let for the entire period of the original booking.
Cancellations within 48hrs, or No Shows, No Refund.  This may result in your Credit Card being charged the full amount of the Booking.
There will be no refund for any additional nights accommodation of the confirmed booking if Guests decide to depart early for any reason

Booking/Payment Details

​Bookings are confirmed upon receiving full payment

By Direct Bank Deposit or by Card over the phone, a 2.2% surcharge applies for all card payments
Due to the small number of Rooms available, and high demand for our accommodation we require payment up front to confirm a booking.

A mobile phone number, e-mail and Credit card details are required as security for your booking in the case of damages, additional Guests or changes to your arrival time or arrival details.
You will receive Check-In/Arrival details by e-mail or SMS usually the day before your arrival

Access to the Guesthouse and property is strictly for the number of Guests listed and paid for
All Guests are required to sign an ‘Indemnity Waiver Release’ accepting all risk and responsibility whilst on Bustard Downs property and accept our Terms and Conditions
